Personal Experience
Leslie Lynch serves as the Chief Program Officer (CPO) for Chrysalis Health, providing overall organization insight, analysis and strategic planning to effectively meet programmatic and financial goals for business operations across Florida. As CPO, Ms. Lynch ensures all clinical programs adhere to applicable laws and regulations, as well as align programming with Chrysalis Health mission, vision and core values. Prior to assuming the CPO position, Ms. Lynch served as Administrative Director and Board Member of Crawford Center d/b/a The Chrysalis Center, a non-profit from 1999 until becoming for profit in 2006 as Chrysalis Health. During her tenure, Ms. Lynch was instrumental in expanding clinical, targeted case management and department of juvenile justice programming across Florida and most recently, implementing an electronic health records system, integrating both the clinical and financial elements of Chrysalis Health. Ms. Lynch holds a seat on several boards and committees including the Florida Juvenile Justice Association (FJJA) Executive Committee. Ms. Lynch obtained her Masters’ of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 1997 from St. Thomas University leading to an extensive background in program development and consultation; mental health assessment and treatment; outpatient, targeted case management and residential programming; child, adolescent, adult, and family services; administration; billing; records compliance, monitoring and auditing.
