Personal Experience
Stacy has served in this role since 2010. For over three decades, Gromatski has worked to enhance the lives of runaway, homeless and troubled youth and their families as well as seek data-driven and cost effective strategies to reform the criminal justice system for Florida’s youth.
The Florida Network is a statewide not-for profit organization that provides juvenile justice prevention and early intervention programs. A wide array of services is provided in all 67 counties by 29 agencies that serve children and youth who are experiencing difficulties in their home, school or community. As President and CEO, Gromatski is responsible for the oversight and direction of over $400M in contracts with the Department of Juvenile Justice as well as numerous member agency programs and initiatives. Prior to joining the Florida Network, she served as the President and CEO at Capital City Youth Services (CCYS) in Tallahassee and as the Program Director at Arnette House in Ocala.
Throughout her career and statewide involvement, Gromatski has been honored with numerous leadership awards and has served on a variety of boards. She has served on the Steering Committee on Families and Children in the Court (Florida Supreme Court appointee), the Florida Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Statewide Advisory Group (Gubernatorial appointee), the Florida Human Trafficking Task Force and Florida TaxWatch Board of Directors and Center for Smart Justice. In addition, Gromatski has served on the Governor-Elect DeSantis Transition Advisory Committee on Public Safety Policy and Attorney General Moody’s Opioid Abuse Working Group. In 2016, Gromatski was honored with Tallahassee Woman Magazine’s Women Who Mean Business “Torchbearer” Award for her lifelong dedication to improving the lives of Florida’s children and families.
